- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I got myself into a deep hole with the IRS as the result of the the exercise of stock warrants. The problem was compounded by the loss of jobs and serious health issues for both my wife and me. Because of the depth of my problems, I was not a candidate for an offer in compromise. Marc Dombrowski of Tax Help Associates has been a tremendous help to me in negotiating with the IRS, and I now have an agreement in place. Marc personally knows many of the IRS agents, and he is firm yet cordial with them. He has a deep understanding of IRS rules and procedures, both written and unwritten, and he definitely knows the art of the possible. I always felt that Marc was on my side and sympathetic to my situation. He handles big cases as well as cases for ordinary working people in a jam.
